We look at your needs holistically when we do our assesment and create a mini care plan for each one of your health conditions, making sure that you have every piece of equipment that you need. We liase with your GP and your consultant to fit together the pieces of your care plan. If there are any exercices that you have to do for your continued health, we speak with a physiotherapist and get you up and out to increase your mobility day by day.
